formally excepted themselves from accountability
to any standard of conduct at all;
even the law.

I would say that the public gets no relief from the Peanut Butter Elephant, as Chunky has no lubricant, and the Baord and Upper Admin can't be bothered to call, much less help a constituant who is being vilated by Chunky D. Elephant, The APS/Modrall Mascot.
I regret the above comment after those girls got raped during school hours, at least the cops caught the rapists.
But why are the hig paid administrators who were sent there to buttress the existing high paid administrators did nothing? How much was APS pauying them to sit on their asses and think about what house they were going to buy next when those girls were being gang raped on school time?
