I'll ask, if no one else will.

Doesn't it seem just a little weird that a delegation
from the Czech Republic traveling around the world
to learn about transparency and ethics in Democracy,
ended up in New Mexico?

Isn't that a bit like sending marine biologists
to the moon?

And New Mexico sent our TV-Doctor, Barry Ramos to North Korea as part of a small team of doctors on a peace-diplomatic mission, even though Dr. Ramos doesn't seem to enjoy a status as a "ground breaking doctor"...only a "mediocre" one.
Curioser and curioser (as Alice said)... now we want to spread our NM mediocre-corruption crap internationally?
Where's our pride people?

What they wanted to know was best practices on how to fleece an ignorant populace, and how to keep them that way.

Apathetic and ignorant is how corrupt officials like their subjects, and New Mexico exemplifies that dynamic. So, yeah, our apathy and tolerance of graft and corruption in the land of enchantment is our gift to the WORLD!
