There Are Only Two Kinds of APS Administrators and Board Members

1. the corrupt and/or incompetent, and
2. those who have guilty knowledge
of the incompetent, and of the corrupt.

Guilty knowledge is a form of corruption.
It is moral turpitude. link

Therefore, there is in fact,

only one kind of administrator and board member
in the leadership of the APS.

They are the ones who have said nothing.

At their moment of truth; they said nothing.
They did ... nothing.

No one; not one administrator in the APS,
has stood on the record in defense of the principle;

(a principle that we swear,
is a principle that we want our children to embrace)

there must be honest accountability
to meaningful standards of conduct and competence.

The record is;
there in not a single administrator in the APS who will step out of the crowd of good ole boys

and stand up for what they believe in.

Where are the "leaders" in the Albuquerque Public Schools
who believe that character counts?

There is only one kind of administrator and board member in the APS

and it is their absolute intention to hire Linda Sink full time;

to perpetuate their culture of exception from accountability.

There is only one kind of leader in the leadership of the APS.

...and by similar logic, I would argue that

there is only one kind of reporter.

I know state statutes pretty well, I went to and passed both the dispatch and police academies in New Mexico. They both had law blocks. I was able to apply those laws to my job as a dispatcher and school cop for about ten years.

Ched, you know what administrators and teachers are supposed to be doing. You know the NMAC and job descriptions, what standards of conduct the public employees are supposed to perform to, or be retrained or replaced.

Moral Turpitude, as explained in that very excellent Wiki definition and article, is happening in a rampant manner within APS and anywhere in government you look. Letting employees openly get away with moral turpitude is another thing on the "Nudge and Wink" list, like sagging, cell phone drivers, and APS cover ups. The sad thing is that these cover ups are all chances to remediate a broken system. They are negligent when they ignore preventable history that has repeated itself to bad effect.

Lack of accountability. No oversight. Low moral standards, with not even enforcement of those not so lofty rules. That is why.
