who pay her a hundred five thousand dollars a year,
is even one single, solitary, good and ethical reason
not to conduct an immediate full scale forensic audit of
the entire leadership of the APS.

So let's see.. Winston just put a freeze on new Elective Teacher hires and graduating education majors from UNM, and he then after, he adds 2 new top-billed admin, then he keeps Monica A. who's also top bill.
Who directly affects kids education more Winston???? A high-paid admin or the teachers?
