Some of us will NEVER forget that, election day or not.
How do we know that we havn't been "searched"?
How do we know that the system has not been used to get rid of unwanted teachers and admin?
How do we know this system was not abused for organized crime from another faction in the country?
That info system is very valuable in the wrong hands. MAny crooked people or organizations would pay someone top dollar to research for them...please believe that!
I think that some enterprising lad or lass with a law degree and time to spare should make it their personal project to get every scrap of paper that BCSD and the Dispatch Center (Two separate entities) have on the subject of NCIC MISUSE.
It would answer some of the questions of "who has been run for Triple Is and why" over the last year, but they shred anything older than that. You have to go to the Fed computer to find out older searches than that, if it is not part of a criminal investigation, which are not shredded at the end of a year, obviously.
