There is no accountability, unless names are named

As you know, whenever there is a problem in the leadership of the APS, names are generally withheld; "for personnel protections".

As an example;

There is an APS administrator who is at once responsible
for saving the district a lot of money
by deciding not to conduct any more fire safety inspections,

and, at the same time,

signing off on millions of dollars of unjustifiable renovations to the APS Uptown Administrative Complex.

The new million dollar board room was built with dollars which should have been spent fireproofing classrooms.

APS will not tell you the name of the administrator.

Because she never has, and never will be held accountable
for so grievous a betrayal of the public trust.

There is no accountability in the leadership of the APS.

That is why there are so many problems.

And why they will never name names.

Karen Alarid, APS Director of Facilities,

will never by called on the carpet by stakeholders;

she will never have to explain, defend, or even acknowledge
her betrayal of their trust.
