Either Veteran Investigative Reporter Larry Barker

couldn't investigate
his own ass with both hands and a flashlight,

or there is some other reason
he is not investigating and reporting upon
APS Board Member Paula Maes' refusal to allow
a forensic audit her stewardship of the public trust and
treasure in the APS.

Larry is smart, but he is just one guy. OK, one guy and a cameraman.

And if he wants to keep making money from the Establishment, he has had to learn WHEN it is ok to expose corruption, and when it is not.

One good example - if a really awesome reporter gets information of a multi-million dollar school fraud, he or she might go the the DA and ask, pretty please, can I have the exclusive inside scoop if I don't rush you to prosecution by broadcasting this all over he news NOW?

The DA might be inclined to let the one reporter have a chair in the room for meetings that are otherwise usually prosecution only, and the Defense Attorney would want Larry to see his particular defensive angles as well...as long as no story until after the trial.

Or he could just be told "don't do that story or you are fired", I don't know.
