Board of Education breaking it's own rule.

Rule number 7 of the new BOE code of ethics;
(by their own admission, completely unenforceable.)

7. Avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance thereof
and refrain from using the board position for personal
or partisan gain;
Paula Maes and the Modrall need to be forensically audited.
The protection of the public interests in the APS absolutely
requires it.

Yet Marty Esquivel, Delores Gonzales, Gordon Rowe, and
Mary Lee Martin will not insist upon a full scale forensic audit
of the entire leadership of the APS including Maes and Modrall.

Which in their minds apparently creates no conflict of interest,
not even the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Like I said,their "code of ethics" is completely unenforceable.

Even the dullest schoolboy knows it's wrong to pay your buddies with group funds. EVERYONE knows that except for PAula Maes. In my mind, she's always a crook and always will be for this!
