Taxpayers have already paid Winston Brooks thousands of dollars.

He gets one thousand dollars a day to visit the APS.

On his last (unannounced) visit,
he hired two more senior administrators who will
cost taxpayers another $250K a year.

For a thousand a day, we deserve more from Winston Brooks.

One of the most fundamental rights of democracy is the right to know of the character and the competence of our public servants. We have a right to know of the character and competence of their public service as well.

We deserve to know of Winston Brooks' character.

  1. To what standard of conduct will he be held accountable?
  2. By what system will stakeholders hold him accountable to that standard?

"No comment" is an unacceptable response to a legitimate
question about public service.

Had I input;

I would offer as his standard of conduct;
the student standard of conduct.

And then I would demand the principled resolution of
complaints; under a system over which Winston Brooks
would have no undue influence, and powerful enough
to hold him accountable even against his will.

Winston Brooks
would be honestly accountable as the
senior most administrative role model of
the Student Standard of Conduct.

Character would count.

... had I input.
