In these circumstances, why is he not demanding a full scale
forensic audit of the entire leadership of the APS
before he takes charge of the cash drawer?
If he was not hired to continue to cover up the ethics and
accountability scandal in the leadership of the APS
he would end it
with a full scale forensic audit of the entire leadership of the APS.
There is only one reason why he will not.

I have the ever-increasing feeling that Brooks isn't going to make it to ABQ permanently, or else when he gets here, he will be impossible to find.
He's a tool that doesn't want to be used.
