The leaderhip of the APS will not engage

in a candid, forthright, and honest discussion of;

  1. administrative role modeling of the student standard of conduct.
  2. administrative standards of conduct, competency, and accountability
  3. the need for an immediate aggressive forensic audit of the entire leadership of the APS
because

The inevitable outcome of such discussions would be;
  1. Administrators would find themselves honestly accountable as role models of the standards of conduct and competence that they enforce upon students and staff; and,
  2. There would be meaningful standards of conduct and competence, and those standards would be enforced by a system powerful enough to hold them accountable even against their will; and,
  3. There would be an immediate audit that would identify by name, every administrator and board member who had betrayed the public trust with their corruption and their incompetence.
They are permitted the luxury of refusing to entertain a candid, forthright and honest discussion of legitimate issues by;
  1. their arrogance, and by
  2. the failure of stakeholders to rise in opposition, and by
  3. the media*, which is keeping the story from stakeholders.
I blame the leadership of the APS for their arrogance, and for their abuse and betrayal of the public trust;

I blame the local media for the fact that so few stakeholders know the truth, and are thereby denied their right to defend their interests in their public schools.

In particular, I blame;
* Thomas H Lang,
Kent Walz,
Michelle Donaldson,

Mary Lynn Roper,
and
Rhonda Aubrey

Out with the (good) old (boy), and in with the new (good old boy).
Hopefully the new NEws director will have guts and ethics and want to take the NM story of the century: The criminal corruption in APS.

Unfortunatly many stakeholders are bullied into not making waves at the APS meetings.
Teachers that go will be identified by name as "friend or foe" and will recieve various forms of humiliation or harrassment form some of their admin.
MAny parents are savvy enough to know that if they are identified, then their kids will possibly be identified and harrassed by admin as "troublemakers" or "problem students". Unfortunately, some teachers will chime in w/ harrassment on students at the whims of their admin.
Eventually the public will stand up to this corrupt APS corporate bully, and maybe things will change forever?
Hope so.

"The Mob Rules", I believe Ronnie James Dio said in the mid 1980s, and it is still true today.

I have seen people I know turn on me because the person that is asking them to be...selective...in thier statements to police is also the guy that can fire them for no reason in practice, if not legally.

I don't blame them, I bet many of them had no idea of the dynamics of the exchange between Moon and I that day I got arrested, after Lovato and Savage and The ACVHS Board all abandonded me. After I got my butt kicked by some kids set upon me by Moon. But some of them straight up LIED, and that is not right. (Proof on my blog, Smith as one example, telling cops one thing and statements to Board in contradiction, other examples listed)

The newest counselor quoted me AWESOMELY with my perjorative references to Moon, but she also left out the parts about Danny stealing money from my rant, kinda funny, huh? The whole perjorative phrase needs to be in context to the actions of the target, or the profane analogy is LOST, don't you see.

I am not sure if I am blacklisted or just too loony to work, too freaked out by the system not supporting and defending me when I whistleblew, being too much of a deranged victim to be a good employee anymore.

But, to get back to the point, if the cops paid attention to what was NOT in the statements, I might have not gotten a psych hold that day. The other break I could have gotten? Yup, if everyone just told the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, rather than dubbing in Danny Moon's greatest quotes. Sins of omission for the Mob.

APS-APD cops are being told by their local admins when to arrest, when not to arrest (case by case basis). They are also told to use the arrest threat, even when situations don;t require arrest.
Worse, actual crime investigations in APS are being done by local admin, often w/o the real APD officed invvolved.
After these untrained good-ole-boy yo-yos do their "investigation" (aka prove the assumption they had already made at the beggining), they expect the APD-APS officers to be lap dogs to enforce their decisions/judgings.
Some APS-APD officers don't like being put in this libelious situations. MAny of them suddenly "transfer" to another school, or out of APS because they are asked to do unprofessional, unethical and sometimes illegal things contrary to all their police training.
Of course if an officer did play the lap dog to a principal, and got sued r injured, then the principle who gave the marching orders would say "I don;t know what he's talking about...he's the trained police officer!"
The APS-APD relationship is detrimental and unsafe for the kids of APS! Seriously!
It is also unsafe for the APD officers working there.
Needs to be abolished!
