The "gate" no one wants to open.

APS' Peanut Butter Gate; the scandal and continuing cover up
by the APS Police Department, Bernalillo County Sheriff and
Congressional Candidate Darren White, District Attorney
Kari Brandenburg, and the current leadership of APS Modrall.

The allegations are that, a senior APS administrator betrayed the public trust.

He is accused of showering an attractive subordinate with
bicycles, unearned overtime, take home vehicles, home
security systems, and who knows what else, in exchange for
the pleasure of her company and her peanut butter,
and sexual trysts at a local motel, on the public dime.

There also the matter of missing petty cash,
missing evidence, public corruption and criminal conspiracy.

There is the matter of Sheriff Darren White knowingly permitting, or negligently allowing the NCIC data base, entrusted to him by the FBI, to be used by senior members of the leadership of the APS,
to harass and retaliate against APS whistle blowers.

And to run one of the most sophisticated criminal background searches available to law enforcement; on APS Deputy Superintendent,Tom Savage's then fiancee.

District Attorney Kari Brandenburg was given investigatory results from Peanut Butter Gate. Her obligation to stakeholders was to criminally prosecute those who have broken the law, felony violations of the law.

Instead, she is sitting on the evidence until a statute of limitations falls,

or until everyone forgets about Peanut Butter Gate and it's
cover up by the leadership of the APS, the County Sheriff,
and the local DA,

and the Journal, KRQE, KOAT, KOB and KKOB.
