The terms of public service are the prerogative of the public. Fundamental among those terms; public servants are accountable to the public, and to meaningful standards of conduct and competence, at least for the eight measly hours a day that we have to "trust" them with the control over our power and our resources.

Lets see,
In my humble opinion, it is way past time that stakeholders got off their duffs, gathered their shovels and pitchforks and showed up at the next board meeting adorned with an elephant mask on their lapel! During public forum, if her majesty allows it, each would step forward and call for an audit before the next superintendent is hired. They would then turn around and quietly stand in the back. Let's see if they do anything then! It would be a wonderfulclass action civil lawsuit that Modrall would have to defend against. How about it DAPSE MEMBERS?
