It's time to determine the truth at Jimmy Carter Middle School.

There is a problem at Jimmy Carter Middle School. link

My sense of it is that, the problem is only going to get worse.

A "staff member" writes;

Yep, we had another meeting yesterday (Thurs) and they started calling us liars...again. I believe the Union reps were there...fat lot of good that did us.
I think it's presumptive to call all of us liars. Some of us want things to function clearly and correctly, whether that's on our end, and/or admins.
I hope Rita will stop labeling us all as liars...that is really not worthy of a respected boss.
There are essentially two possibilities;
principal wrong, staff right, or
principal right, staff wrong.

It is past stalemate if a principal is standing up in front of her
staff, and telling them there are "liars" among them.

It is time to call in an independent "auditor".

Any impartial third party who will survey stakeholders,
compile the candid, forthright, and honest truth, and
present an ethically redacted report to the public record.

There is no good and ethical reason to deny stakeholders
a principled resolution of this situation.

And there is no reason to oppose an audit except to hide
corruption, incompetence, and the practices that enable them.

Stakeholders have a right to the truth.

Complainants have a right to a principled resolution of
their complaint.

At least according to the APS Student Standard of Conduct.

I would guess that it relates to the meeting yesterday, the Union called a meeting for Union members at Jimmy Carter for sometime next week.. the flyers were in Union members boxes @ JCMS today.
IF Ellen Berstein pulls off some kind of real, good-for-all resolution, I would be pleasantly surprised. However, word is Rita's not gonna play the "game" with her.
Rita's a good lady... I really mean that. But something's gone wrong here...
