APS violates Open Meetings Act

According to the Open Meetings Act training
the APS Board of Education attended on Friday and
Saturday;

draft minutes must be prepared within ten working days
after the meeting and approved at the next meeting.

The draft minutes of the January 22nd, APS Audit Committee
meeting were supposed to be ready ten (working) days later;
February 5th.

And they are still not available. link

The agenda for the February 19th Audit Committee includes
approval of meeting minutes from May of 2007, despite the
fact that the OMA requires that the minutes be approved at
the next meeting.

What the hell, it's only state law.

When I say that
the leadership of the APS cannot be held accountable
even to the law,

this is what I mean.
