RGHS restructuring based on dishonesty

There are at least two ways to be dishonest; telling a lie,
and not telling the truth.

It remains to be seen whether RGHS stakeholders have been
lied to, or not. If they were, who would be surprised? Why?

It is beyond question, that RGHS stakeholders have not
been told the (ethically redacted) truth.

It is beyond hope, that they ever will be.

The leadership of the APS steadfastly refuses to hold a
town hall meeting where legitimate questions will be
answered candidly, forthrightly and honestly.

They refuse to name a time, a day, and a place
where they will sit still and tell the truth.

They are unworthy of trust.
