It looks like the legislature won't be writing the rules after all.

Everyday there is news of another webcaster broadcasting
from some legislative committee or another in Santa Fe.

Legislators will frame rules that manifest their character,
or lack of character, and
expect folks to follow them either way.

As for the webcasters, they will do what must be done.



What are they going to do;
strip search everybody?
