The Audit Committee of the APS Board of Education met
on January 22, 2009.

Eighteen days later, the draft minutes are still unavailable
for public inspection.

Why?

Is it because they reflect that APS CFO Gina Hickman
made a false statement about the efficacy of the APS
SilentWhistle Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Hotline?

Or, because they don't?
