Complaint against APS filed with NMAGO

I have filed a complaint with the NMAGO.
Here copied in significant part.

ATTORNEY GENERAL GARY K. KING
Criminal Investigations Division
111 Lomas Blvd., Suite 300, Albuquerque, NM 87102

(name and contact information)

Have you filed a complaint with another agency? no

Please describe your complaint in detail.

In late 2006, early 2007, there was uncovered,
criminal misconduct in the Albuquerque Public Schools
Police Department.

The Albuquerque Journal reported upon it.

It has been more than two years, and statutes of limitation on criminal misconduct, including felony criminal misconduct, have already expired.

The leadership of the APS has still not turned over to the
District Attorney, even one stick of evidence.

This is a deliberate effort to except the leadership of the APS
from accountability to the law.

The public interest requires the intervention of the Attorney General’s Office.

The NMAGO must require the leadership of the APS to explain why they have suppressed evidence of felony criminal misconduct, for more than two years,
thereby excepting themselves from accountability to the law.

Have you retained an attorney to represent you in this matter? no

Has a lawsuit been filed?
No, APS Modrall, and their litigation against public interest,
the litigation that excepts board members and administrators
from accountability even to the law,
are underwritten by unwitting taxpayer support of “education”;
in effect a large bore pipeline of tax dollars.

It would be pointless.

I have read the preceding information and it is true to the best to my knowledge and belief. I understand that if I have knowingly filed false or misleading information, this complaint may be closed by the Attorney General’s Office.
