victim to arbitrary and capricious decision making by a high

Jo Ann Coffee is the same principal who let APS tennis courts
be used exclusively by the husband a fellow principal for his
personal business. link
I wish I knew what it would take to get the Journal editors
to be upset about the leadership of the APS simply deciding
that they would no longer be held accountable as role models.
As proven when they removed from their own standard of conduct, the phrase and the expectation that;
In no case shall the standard of conduct for an adult,
be lower than the standard of conduct for students.
