Part of the controversy centers on whether or not the names
of finalists will be made public.
The secrecy is necessary to keep the current employers of the
candidates, in the dark about the intentions of their employee.
In other words, we are going to hire an employee who
believes it is alright to deliberately deceive their employer.
How could this possibly go wrong?
