the legacy of the APS board of ed

Paula Maes and Modral run the show. Arrogant and accustomed to elbowing their way to the front of the line; privileged by means of borrowed power and influence; If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Maes and Modral will vote no.

Robert Lucero has the same need to hide the truth. Whether it is nose in crack; or coincidental lockstep; he will back Maes and Modral. He is an opportunist who will do anything for a minute in front of a TV camera. Even now he is basking in the glory and an other's idea for reforming APS' Praetorian Guard. If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Lucero will vote no.

Berna Facio seems dazed and confused. She has voted consistently in favor of the covert evasion of honest accountability. If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Facio will vote no.

Mary Lee Martin, despite her diminutive stature, once had no inconsiderable amount of gravitas. No more. She seems scared of Maes and Modral.If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Martin will vote no.

Gordy Rowe seems arrogant and disinterested in his work. He too, has voted in favor of every move to distance the leadership of the APS from honest accountability to any meaningful standard of conduct. If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Rowe will vote no.

Delores Griego is still a mystery. You never know what a person is capable until their moment of truth. Her moment of truth is upon her at this moment. If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Griego's vote is uncertain.

Marty Esquivel looked very good for a while. He is still the only board member who has stood on the record, and mentioned the words (forensic) "accountability audit". One has to wonder why he doesn't mention it again at every single board meeting. There are four distinct possibilities; Maes and Modral gave his stones a squeeze, he never had the stones, he never believed in the audit, or, he changed his mind. If asked to vote in favor of transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS, including an immediate audit;

Esquivel's vote is uncertain.

The best case scenario then, is that if somehow someone was able to get an immediate (forensic) accountability audit of the leadership of the APS,
up for a vote;

transparent accountability in the leadership of the APS

will go down, 5 to 2

in favor of continued covert, often illegal, always unethical evasion of honest accountability to any meaningful standard of conduct.

And that's the best case scenario.

hmm.
