the editors seem to have lost their voices

and I need to assign an adjective to it.

The situation; the editors have expressed support for the Inspection of Public Records Act and encouraged public servants to follow suit. They have challenged public officials to stand up on ethics.

Finally, one has. And rather than calling attention to his bold move; the editors would rather talk about Everitt's "bold" Chinese firedrill for principals, or nothing at all.

Marty Esquivel looked into the eyes of the leadership of the APS; and into the eyes of his constituents; and said;

The public records of investigations into public coruption and criminal conspriracy in the administration of the APS Police, should be released to the public.
Standing in opposition to Mr. Esquivel; will be Everitt, Maes, and Modral who oppose the surrender ofthose public records even by using public resources against public interests in litagation to escape accountability to the law.

Standing in opposition as well; Robert Lucero; because that's the way he rolls.

This is a David and Goliath struggle; right against wrong, good against evil.

Everyone who has ever said
somebody should do something,
has some dues to pay.

Somebody is finally doing something; and he needs some help.

The editors called out for a courageous leader to pick up the standard.

Now that one has; they're hiding in their foxholes.

Two adjectives come to mind;
cowardly and corrupt

For what ever good it will do;
I would encourage you to stand up with Mr. Esquivel
by writing a letter to the editor
Journal
Trib.

Identify yourself. Tell them you would like them to stand up beside Marty Esquivel; and character and courage and honor in the leadership of the APS.

for a change

Many, many times have I written to the editors. I did again last week when they shuffled the principals. Check out the opinion page today, not one letter. I'm sure there was more than mine submitted. It is interesting that not one was published. What are they trying to hide?
