By any reasonable standard, the "review" must include an investigation of the felony criminal misuse of BCSO computers by the leadership of the APS.
Bernalillo County Sheriff Darren White denies a request for the public records of that public corruption and criminal conspiracy.
APD Chief Ray Schultz also refuses to respond on the record on the possibility that APD computers were used for the same criminal purposes.
There are the same records that the leadership of the APS refuses to surrender, even in violation of the IPRA.
How can Darren White and Ray Schulz participate in a review of criminal behavior while refusing to comment on their own involvement?
If this isn't a conflict of interest; what is?
Three for three. APS, APD, and BCSO will investigate allegations of felony public corruption and criminal conspiracy involving the leadership of all three.
A position defensible only by a stonewall.
