will take place at a time and place that is as convenient to the leadership of the APS, as it is inconvenient to virtually every other stakeholder.

It will take place off of the record.

It will take place in a room, in a building, that manifests corruption and incompetence in the leadership of the APS.

If it did not, the leadership of the APS would furnish an honest accounting of the building.

The record shows that public interests were subservient to personal interests.

And that is why the leadership of the APS and Modral will not surrender public records; not the records of the building, not the records of the APS/Lovato scandal.

When you are damned by your record;
there is nothing to do except stonewall.

And continue to stonewall they will,
off the record and sitting comfortably in chairs that are so expensive; that they have to keep it a secret.

and keep it a secret they will.
