Transparency needed at Guantanamo Bay

bellowed the editors of the Trib in bold black type;

because; "The administration makes up the rules as it goes along and expects everyone to play by them."

And for precisely the same reason; transparency is needed in the leadership of the APS;

because; "The administration makes up the rules as it goes along and expects everyone to play by them."

like when they invented the concept of "confidentiality under personnel protections" to enable them to hide public records of public corruption and criminal conspiracy in the administration of the APS Police Department.

Even evidence of criminal misconduct is confidential under their own personal "personnel protections". The only personnel who are being protected are Tom Savage, Beth Everitt, Paula Maes/Modral, et al.

The leadership of the APS expects the Trib to play the NMIPRA game by their rules.

They will.

The Trib will not make a public records request for the results of investigations by three separate agencies, into alleged public corruption in the APS Police Department administration. They will not investigate or report upon the truth revealed in those public records.

Which begs the question; who at the Trib, is responsible for the decision to cover up the APS ethics and accountability scandal?

Transparency needed at the Trib.
