Bernalillo County Sheriff Darren White has not responded to my request for public records; I will allege that he is in violation of the NMIPRA.

Willfully, deliberately, and openly in contempt of the law.

I will further allege that his refusal to surrender public records is a manifestation of the conspiracy between the sheriff and the leadership of the APS; to hide public records of public corruption and criminal conspiracy.

I will make the allegation to the District Attorney's Office.

The first complaint to that office is yet enjoy the courtesy of a response.

And Attorney General Gary King remains the only public official or figure, who has acknowledged on the record; that he is aware of allegations of public corruption and criminal conspriracy in the leadership of the APS.

... the only one to attach his name and reputation to the principled resolution of the allegations.
