The results of polygraph tests are admissible in New Mexico courts. New Mexico is one of only a few states that recognize polygraph results.

Whether or not any of the principles in the APS ethics and accountability scandal is willing to take a polygraph test is not insignificant.

I for one, am willing to take (and pass another) polygraph examination without reservation.
