is the one that ran the most intensive criminal background check there is; a Federal Interstate Identification Index Background, on his fiance.
The record, if they ever surrender it, will show that Beth Everitt knew the truth as early as December of last year. Everitt has taken it upon herself to decide whether or not evidence of felony criminal misconduct will be turned over to the District Attorney for prosecution.
Everitt (and Maes and Modral) do not have the right to except themselves from accountability to the law.
They substitute instead; the will, and the means.
Beth Everitt claims that the serial and criminal abuse of the BCSO computers, for background checks and to harass and intimidate whistle blowers, is "confidential for personnel protection". She will not tell the truth despite her many and obvious obligations to do exactly that.
The evidence of public corruption and criminal conspiracy in the leadership of the APS, is not excepted from the requirements of the NMIPRA by Everitt's made up category of "personnel protection"
She is covering Beth Everitt's butt;
and Tom Savage's butt;
and more than a few other butts,
in the leadership of the APS.
The trickle of evidence, that is pried only with great effort from the fingers of APS/Modral, is proof that the leadership of the APS is hiding something; something like gross public corruption and incompetence.
How much proof is necessary before someone calls for an impartial (forensic) audit of those who steward a half a billion tax dollars a year; and the ethical development of 89,000 of our sons and daughters?
someone like the Journal or the Trib
There is no ethically justifiable reason to hide the truth.
not for Everitt, not for Maes, not for Modral, and not for
the Journal nor the trib.

I don't understand why these guys just didn't go talk to Randy Newbil or Bob Casey as clients and pay for a check that is legal?
Just to save a buck and because they thought it was COOL to break Federal Laws and be someone's cabana boy at Leavenworth? Look how they went after people for building contract fraud. IMAGINE what will happen when they want to make an example of people who steal Federal Intel.
They can make them fry with no butter, and worse.
