More "secret" meetings; open to public?

What do suppose "Conversations in School Board District 4" means? link

It sounds like there will be a conversation;

an informal interchange of thoughts, information, etc.,
by spoken words; oral communication between persons;
talk; colloquy.
What does "in" mean? Are they talking about the location
of the conversation, or the topic of the conversation?

Apparently, the conversation is not supposed to involve stakeholders; you wouldn't even know that it was taking place unless you had gone to the APS website, clicked on a calender event, and then clicked on a District Relations Committee Agenda.

The "conversation" will be conducted in a time and in a place inaccessible to the vast majority of stakeholders. It will likely be attended by Marty Esquivel who represents APS School Board District 4; one would think.

An opportunity for any kind of "public forum" is not on the agenda. Perhaps that is because the entire meeting is intended to be a public forum. Perhaps it is because they have no intention of letting anyone "converse" but them; the more likely scenario.

It will likely be attended by enough administrators that an individual who shows up to ask an inconvenient question or two, will find that there just isn't time enough for those questions once the administrators have asked theirs.

If you click on the agenda for other District Relations Committee meetings on the page, you will find "conversations" in other districts beside District 4. A "conversation in District 2 is planned for September 18. A "conversation" was held in District 3 on September 8. On August 4, there was a meeting in District 1.

I am wondering if these are the tours where Winston Brooks assured us that if one throws oneself under the bus, and is not run over, they may get to ask a question or two.

Some being more likely to be run over than others.
