When the leadership the APS needs her to drag her feet
as with her investigation of the APS Peanut Butter Gate scandal; with its credible allegations of felony criminal misconduct by APS senior administrators,
Kari Brandenburg is more than happy to oblige there as well.
Brandenburg has not prosecuted a single case of public corruption. (I will bow to controverting fact)
Either because there has been no corruption to prosecute;
or because there is no one to prosecute the corruption.
If Kari Brandenburg could deny her personal corruption,
she would.
If she could explain her failure to prosecute public corruption in the Second Judicial District, she would.
She doesn't, because she can't.

The trial has not started yet, but Danny Moon has been indicted on Racketeering and Fraud in excess of a million dollars.
I hope he sees Justice; that would be restitution for his crimes against APS, the Charter School, NMPSIA and the State Education Fund. It would also entail, in my book, prison time for him and any of his family members who get convicted of a million dollar Fraud from the school education fund.
He also tried to have me shut up permanantly and had me falsely arrested, I am surprised that an Intimidation of a Witness charge was never filed, but the Racketeering charge is much worse. It is the same thing that any mobster who tries to intimidate witnesses into not talking about their ongoing criminal enterprise(s) gets charged with.
It is appropriate that RICO (racketeering statute) is being used on Danny and his famly, as I personally saw him use intimidation, fear of being fired, and physical violence (among other dirty habits) to keep me and others from investigating his fraud and corruption.
It is the same thing with you, only Modrall is too smart to hire anyone to kill you. If you can get a DA to listen to you, really see the heinous and illegal interplay that you and I see within the APS power structure, maybe you can get some Justice for the APS kids whose educational futures are being stolen from them, too.
Every dollar that goes to defend "repeat offender" corrupt officials, every dollar that is spent protecting the Gil Lovatos and Cindy Wests of the world so they can have sex at a Quinta on duty while they should be working, every dollar that goes to a salary of do nothing thug cops who ignore felony crimes on school grounds, should be paid for with indictments and prison sentences.
