Bregman sez, that Lovato sez, that Savage's interest in doing a background check on his girl friend was "inappropriate"; and that Lovato made that clear to Savage.

The background check was done anyway; despite the forfeiture of plausible deniability by means of ignorance of the law.

Savage declined to comment; chosing to stonewall rather than respond to the question by telling the truth. He is unwilling to be held accountable to the truth.

There have been a number of illegal background checks. The victims of the battery of their right to privacy will not be informed. The leadership of the APS and Bernalillo County Sheriff Darren White refuse to surrender the public records of the identities of the victims, the perpetrators, the investigations or the consequences.

Federal law has been violated. Yet the investigations have been conducted by; and the consequences have been left up to, the perpetrators. Even now, White and APS are planning to participate together in an upcoming investigation of, among other things, the illegal background checks.

Everitt and White will decide whether or not the District Attorney, or perhaps even the NM Attorney General, will be given the opportunity to determine whether or not a crime has been committed.

The perps will determine the consequences of their own misconduct.
