I am of the opinion that when board members vote
whether to re-instate the Role Modeling Clause in
the Employee Standards of Conduct;
it should be a role call vote.
Let every member of the board role model before students
and staff, what it looks like to;
stand up for what you believe in
... even if you are standing alone.
They have to be willing to do something more than
hand kids a tee shirt with hypocrisy printed
on its front and back. link
