and he cannot stand up to intervene.
Senator Domenici is
a Founding Father
of Character Counts!
In 1993,
he and others wrote the
Pillars of Character Counts!
And the leadership of the APS
is set to renounce them.
The leadership of the APS
is about to decide whether
they will be held accountable
as role models of the
Pillars of Character Counts!
On Tuesday morning, March 24, 2009,
it is likely that a majority of the members of the
Albuquerque Public Schools Board of Education
will vote not to hold themselves accountable as role models
of the student standard of conduct.
They will vote not to replace the Role Modeling clause
in their own standards of conduct.
In no case shall the standard of conduct for an adult,
be lower than the standard of conduct for students.
And Founding Father Domenici, can't do anything to stop it.
Character Counts! Founding Father Michael Josephson
can't do anything about it either.
If we really want out children to grow up to embrace character,
and courage, and honor,
someone has to show them what it looks like.

Hate to seem cold, but he didn't seem to be much use when he was healthy and still had the power to do something about this same problem.
