I have being calling for an immediate standards and
accountability audit of the entire leadership of the APS.
The faculty at UNM have demanded an "audit" as well.
In this well written piece, link, a UNM grad student
suggests a better language;
A special procedures examination.We need a "special procedures examination" of
standards and accountability in the leadership of the APS.
It will reveal a paucity of meaningful standards, and
even less honest accountability.

Let's call it a "Decisive Inquiry of Circumstances (D.I.C.)", which is aptly named for the people who brought it on!

How about naming it "The Accounting of Sensible Standards"? (A.S.S.). Also named for the mentalities that are the root cause of these things.
