I now have a link to my arrest at the school board meeting.
link, click on Board of Education, click on "video" for the
November 4, 2009 meeting.
It happens in less than two minutes, between 42:00 and 43:50.
I was arrested for what I was saying.I suggested that, David Robbins could step up as role model of the Pillars of Trustworthiness, by telling the truth about why hundreds of whistle blower complaints were being denied due process by his audit committee.
According to specific school board policy, the audit committee is established in part to "review and approve whistle blower complaints".
They have not reviewed one.

At a policy committee meeting, right after Marty Esquivel identified the need for an impartial administrative standards and accountability audit, Maes announced that she would never agree to any audit that individually identified any corrupt or incompetent administrator or board member. Esquivel has not mentioned the audit since.

See Maes

Nearly three years ago, the was a huge scandal in the APS Police Department. The Chief lost his job over it. There was felony misconduct, and the evidence of that misconduct has not been turned over to law enforcement. Statutes of limitation have already expired.

The leadership of the APS has steadfastly refused to surrender a candid, forthright and honest accounting of all of the spending at their City Centre. Nor will they tell the truth about spending on the board room.
That was the last suggestion I was able to make before being arrested.
These are legitimate questions and
they deserve good faith responses.
Of what use is the right to petition your government,
if the government can arrest you for delivering it?
