show me a successful school without a synergy

Success is born of a synergy between kids, parents, teachers and administration.

The kids and their parents are the given.

Teachers and administrators are portable. If synergy is important, then schools should be staffed with the respect to developing synergy.

A school staffed according to the development of a synergy; and with adequate resources might very well show dramatic improvement the very first year.

We will never know. It seems like the best models will no longer be studied and replicated; they have been destroyed in order to try a bold new experiment.
