Cynthia West will testify for APS against Lovato

It turns out that she was a victim
of the man she was working under;
Gil Lovato.

And she will testify against him in court.

I guess that is why she is still employed by the APS;

despite a number of reasons that
she should not still be on the public payroll.



Submitted as proof that the leadership of the APS will trade public resources in their own self interest;

and against public interest.
