APS' Brad WInter

has been appointed by Beth Everitt to coordinate a blue ribbon committee that will review the practices of the APSPD.

I would feel better about his appointment,
had he stood up as an APS Senior Administrator
or as a City Councilor,and acknowledged the need for
a cleansing audit of the leadership of the APS.

The idea of a Blue Ribbon Committee to investigate
the corruption and incompetence in the APSPD would
inspire confidence if Beth Everitt wasn't still hiding
the truth about the results of the three previous
investigations of Gil Lovato and the APSPD.

Will Everitt hide the results of the Blue Ribbon Committee investigation as well?

Why wouldn't she?



Maybe that could be investigated by an ultra blue ribbon committee.
