aps/modral suing parents

you can read about it in the journal, or at mario burgos' blog.

considering that the leadership of the aps is so roundly loathed anyway; who's bright idea was it to sue a bunch of parent volunteers?

keep wondering. neither aps nor modral will reveal who is responsible for the decision to litigate at the expense of a prinicipled resolution.

the decision could well have been made in a modral boardroom in deference to its bottom line. the decision could have been made in an aps boardroom; where modral is represented as well, in one paula maes.

neither aps nor modral will surrender the public record of their relationship. that public record is subject the new mexico inspection of public records act. they are violating the law by refusing to surrender the truth, and making money doing it. modral is charging taxpayers hundreds of dollars an hour, to prevent public access to public records.

recently, premiums were raised on the district's insurance; taxpayers are paying more for their insurance. the insuror indicated that the rate increase had to do with their increased exposure to claims for reimbursment for litigation.

they indicated that aps/maes/modral litigated excessively; the result of a "dodge accountability at any cost" mentality; and a large bore pipeline to unwitting taxpayer support for "education". win, lose, or draw; maes/modral makes money. (my words, not united educators.)

the public records of the business between aps and its insuror, will not be surrendered.

it is a real pity that so little attention is being paid;
by the journal or the trib.

why? one wonders.

however unethical, however dishonest, however cowardly stonewalling is; you've got to admit it works. the only defense for an indefensible position; and it works. (not so well though; for those of the great unwashed. but that's a different post.)

if their position had a defense; their defense would be on the table. it is not.

tom savage is quoted in the journal. tom savage is the guy that gil lovato reported to. sam bregman, on krqe, said savage signed off on all of lovato's crap.

tom savage ordered aps employees to keep their mouths shut; or else.

the investigation/cover up of gil lovato and the administration of public intersts in the aps is entering its fourth month.

if you don't understand what that means;it means that the truth is being covered up.
any competent public servant and senior administrative officer could have completed an impartial and honest audit by now. the truth is being suppressed.

by the journal and trib as well.
one has to wonder; why?
