the agenda for the next board meeting has been posted

although it appears that the meeting includes a public forum; it does not. yet again, the "public forum" will not be part of the public record.

if you would like a response to any of the following questions; you will not be allowed to ask them as part of the public record. no one, except those in the meeting will hear you ask; no one but those in the room will see the board stonewall in response.

  • why won't beth everitt close the investigation of public corruption in the aps police department?
  • why won't beth everitt release an honest accounting of the resources squandered on the uptown administrative complex?
  • why won't beth everitt justify her renunciation of the student standard of conduct as her own?
  • why won't beth everitt explain, defend or even acknowledge her abdication as the senior administrative role model for 98,000 of our sons and daughters?
  • why won't beth everitt respond on the record on her progress toward an audit of her administration.

no one except those in the room will hear you ask, nor witness the board stonewall questions about their own conduct and competence.
  • will an investigation of the relationship between the modrall law firm and the leadership of the public schools survive an audit?
  • why is the board stonewalling an administrative audit?
  • how can they defend having broadcast falsified records of board meetings to the community?
  • why will they not allow questions regarding their conduct and competence as public servants to be asked on the record?
  • why will they not explain why they abdicated their obligations as rolemodels for students and employees?
the journal and trib, of course, know nothing.
