the whole enchilada

I have filed a request for public records under the NMIPRA

I have asked for all of the public records of investigations of Gil Lovato, even the "ongoing" investigations.

I knew right off the bat that "0ngoing" was going to be a problem because it is such a sitting duck as an excuse to defeat the NMIPRA.

APS will argue that its "ongoing investigation" will be compromised by public knowledge of public records so far accumulated.

The only thing ongoing about the investigations is the coverup of their results.

Everitt admits that they are done and that she has not yet read them; something to do with the fact that they aren't in the right shaped package or something.

again, only with the continuing aid and abet
of the Journal and the Trib.

You, sir, have got courage to spare. You have exchanges with people who can have you investigated and arrested, you proclaim PUBLICLY to those in power and responsible for investigating the types of things you bring up, the AG (baddest of badass law enforcement officers in the state)the school super, man, you are taking on the SYSTEM.

All I ask of you, plead of you is this: when the system puts up a wall you can't knock down, try to go around it. Wait it out, the wall might fall. And if not, then take thier butts to COURT.

This UTTER INSANITY at Virginia Tech makes me so sad for humanity, but I also see the HEROISM in the people who were shot and kept cool and stayed alive, the cops and the firemen, everyone who helped. The people jumping from FOUR STORIES to just get a chance to LIVE for one more day. Makes you want to walk the walk that we ethically talk, for who knows who has that ultra-precious ONE MORE DAY?

How do we reconcile the hate for the evil and our love for the things we want to protect from that evil? In America we let the lawyers deal with it.

Thanks for being the guy who I would vote for to wear the green ring for sector 2814. If you don't know what that means, its probably a GOOD thing: you don't speak Geek.

thank you for your kind attention.

I will tell you why I hold no hope; not even in its smallest measure; to prevail against Modral in court.

I will never forget the day I stood in court and told Judge Valerie Huling that the lawyers from Modral were lying to her; an allegation well supported by the record.

She said, "it's not my job to determine who is telling the truth..."

and allowed them to continue to litigate in complete disregard for the judicial code of ethics.

been there, done that
