Watch as Governor Bill Richardson draws attention
from the money that, at the very least, he allowed to be
ripped off, into a completely unrelated, but more pleasant
smelling statistic.
"... Richardson's deputy chief of staff, Gilbert Gallegos,
said in a statement later,
"The governor's top concern is
to protect taxpayer money, and he's confident that
the SIC, in particular, has invested wisely and
outperformed the vast majority of public
investment agencies."
