I'm sure that Winston Brooks will do what ever is best for the APS.

I hear that a lot.

OK; let's give him that one.

All I would like to know is;

how is it the best for the APS,
for there to be no administrators or
board members, who are actually
accountable as role models of the
Student Standards of Conduct?



How is it the best for anyone in the APS except for the
good ol' boys who have no real intention to be held
honestly accountable to any standards at all.
