It is too bad that APS' Brad Winter won't answer questions

because some questions are being raised about his intention
to short shrift a number of APS' South Valley Schools in their
renovations and repairs,

in order to build some brand new schools in Mesa Del Sol.

Not that Mesa Del Sol doesn't need schools,
but if Brad Winter won't tell the truth about spending at
6400 Uptown Blvd. because it is so completely unjustifiable;

why would you expect to know the truth about what is going
on at Mesa Del Sol? and whether or not that spending will be
justifiable to those who ponied up the cash?
