In no case shall the standard of conduct for adults be lower than the standard of conduct for students

If an administrative code of conduct contained that phrase;
it could reasonably be construed to mean that
they understood the importance of role modeling in
the character development of students.

It could also be construed to mean that
they would be expected to lead by their own example;
holding themselves accountable to a standard of conduct,
at least as high as the student standard of conduct.

Which is why the leadership of the APS, found it necessary
to remove that phrase from their own standard of conduct;

in "secret" from stakeholders.
