More than 100,000 of the next mayor's constituents are children.
Do those children have a right to a role model in the mayor?
A role model of what?
The logical choice would be the standard that applies already,
to the 89,000 of our sons and daughters in the APS.
It is a higher standard of conduct than the law.
It is the Pillars of Character Counts! link.
I challenge anyone to read those standards, and then argue
that they are not the standards to which
we should be holding our children.
So far, one candidate has indicated that he is willing to step up
as a role model of the Pillars of Character Counts! link
one has not,
and
one can not.
Character counts.
You pick a side, when you don't pick a side.
