The setting was the press debriefing after Rep Martin Heinrich's town hall meeting. There was security at the door, allowing only the credentialed press to enter the room. Pete Dinelli wanted in. He was asked if he was with the press.
He answered by representing that he was a police officer.
That's against the law; isn't it?
