Excellent opportunity for Diane Denish.

Lt. Governor Diane Denish
is in a bit of a bind. No matter how many times that she insists that she is not pay to player, the Republicans are always going to say, show us the beef; show us where you stood up against either Bill Richardson or his culture of corruption and incompetence.

Unfortunately for Denish, she doesn't actually have a time, a day and a place that she can point to, where she stood up against the good ol' boys.

She has an golden opportunity right now, to show voters the substance of her commitment to ending the culture of corruption.

Governor Bill Richardson has found the time to comment the next stimulus package. And, he has found time to comment on health care reform.

He has had time to comment on the Denish Plan. He has not.

Richardson has not put ethics reform on "the call" for the very next session of the legislature.

And Denish needs to call him his failure to take a stand against corruption, to show us what she's really got by way of character and courage.
