By state statute, Rigo Chavez must respond today.

Under the rules
of the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act,

Rigo Chavez, APS' Custodian of Public Records has three business days to respond to my request for the opportunity to inspect and/or copy public records.

I have asked for the two missing pages from the Meyners Audit.

Nobody in the APS will say what is on them, or even acknowledge that they are missing.

Not Monica Armenta, not Rigo Chavez,
no one.

It is almost like they are hiding something.

I have consulted my magic 8-ball link;

"Will I ever see those records?"
It read;
"Don't count on it."

Amazingly accurate for a toy.

What is the consequence for defying state statutes, and how does one launch an official charge?

You can sue them yourself in state district court. Or, you can hire a lawyer.

Either way, APS Modrall has an unlimited budget and will run you in circles for years.

There really is no justice in the legal system; no protection under its laws.
